Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, where applicable, or as store credit if requested.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal care products, perishable goods, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
